How it works

You decide which leads are worth paying for

    Register and pick 3 categories

    Free, and it takes two minutes. Choose three part categories from our catalogue of 52. Need more? Add extra categories for 40 €/month each.

    Get alerted

    When a request matches one of your categories, we email you. The alert tells you that a new RFQ is available in your dashboard.

  3. 3

    Decide

    On your dashboard you see what the request is about and what the lead costs. You can choose to reject or to unlock the RFQ.

  4. 4

    Unlock and quote

    Pay the lead price to unlock the full request: the operator, the contact, the specifications. Then quote them directly.

How does Railspare work for suppliers?
Register for free with your company email and choose the part categories you offer. When a rail operator posts a matching request, we email you. On your dashboard you see what the request is about and what the lead costs, then decide whether to unlock it and quote the operator directly.
What does it cost?
Registration and three part categories are free. You pay only for the leads you choose to unlock, and the price is shown before you pay. Extra categories cost 40 €/month each. There is no commission on what you sell.
What do I get when I unlock a lead?
The operator's company, the contact person, their email and phone number, the delivery address, the full request and any documents attached. It is a single payment, and the request stays available on your dashboard.
Is an order guaranteed?
No. Every request is reviewed before it is sent out, but unlocking a lead gives you the request and the contact details, not a commitment to buy. Unlocked leads are not refundable.
Can I cancel an extra category?
Yes, at any time from your categories page. The category stays active until the end of the month already paid, then it is not billed again. No refund is made for the remaining days of that month.
